Bayaud Enterprises has expanded its Document Destruction Services and launched a new service in Document Scanning, Imaging and Indexing. Bayaud Enterprises will be the labor force that securely converts paper records into electronic documents for easier access and storage.

Understanding the critical need to protect your confidential documents, Bayaud Enterprises provides document scanning and indexing at extremely competitive rates. The entire process can be completed at our secure facility or at your location. 

Bayaud Enterprises has highly trained teams that can quickly convert large or small quantities of records, providing data in any media or format including: CD, DVD or portable hard drive. Our state-of-the-art capture software and high-speed scanners can be configured to upload to any Electronic Content Management software used to view and retrieve electronic files. We have partnered with an online document management provider that allows you to quickly and easily organize, share, retrieve and archive your documents from any location at any time.

Bayaud Enterprises will be the labor force that converts paper medical records into electronic documents. We have developed training for individual skill sets such as: document preparation, data entry and document production scanning.  This will make ready a trained workforce available for in-house projects and employment in our community. 

Partnerships have already been developed with other nonprofits and industry leaders in Enterprise Content Management to ensure the best possible service.  We are positioning this service to take full advantage of the recent passing of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act that will provide $19.2 billion of incentives to encourage the adoption of Electronic Health Record systems.

Security & Document Control
-Picked up by our uniformed staff, your documents are transported in a locked truck owned and operated by Bayaud Enterprises.  Each truck is equipped with security doors and a GPS tracking system. 
-At our facility, the offload of documents is handled by certified employees at our secure receiving dock. 
-Each box has been pre-labeled and identified with customer number and unique box number, and is transported to our secure scanning area by trained personnel.
-Every document and file is then scanned and indexed based on your needs.
-At our secured facility, each link in the chain of custody is monitored by our trained staff.

Customized Services
At Bayaud Enterprise, we know that every client and project is unique.  As we approach your job, we individually craft our document scanning services to match your specific imaging needs, never force-fitting your job to a standardized framework.  Our document scanning services include paper scanning, microfiche and microfilm conversion, and large-format scanning. This may include clerical documents, medical records, microfilm and microfiche, x-rays, and architectural or engineering drawings. We have mobile equipment that can be brought on-site to your business as needed.

Paper Scanning to OCR and Searchable PDFs:
Paper comes in thousands of varieties and we have experience in all types. We can scan documents from credit card receipts to full-size architectural drawings. We have experience with a variety of styles and sizes, including tissue paper, color and double-sided documents.

Micrographics Migration to Digital Formats:
When you are converting microfilm to a new digital format, you need expert care and handling.Our personnel evaluate all microfilm for flaws and ecommend procedures to optimize the film quality.

Engineering Drawing Capture:
Our conversion center can provide large format scanning to include blueprints, electronic logs and documents ranging from A to J sizes. Most clients request TIFF or PDF images, but our output formats also include: DWG, JPEG and BMP.
