Recently Bayaud Enterprises was awarded a grant to expand Document Destruction Services and launch a new service in Document Scanning, Imaging and Indexing.  Bayaud Enterprises will be the labor force that securely converts paper records into electronic documents for easier access and storage.

Understanding the critical need to protect your confidential documents, Bayaud Enterprises provides document scanning and indexing at extremely competitive rates. The entire process can be completed at our secure facility or at your location. 

Bayaud Enterprises has highly trained teams that can quickly convert large or small quantities of records, providing data in any media or format including: CD, DVD or portable hard drive.  Our state-of-the-art capture software and high-speed scanners can be configured to upload to any Electronic Content Management software used to view and retrieve electronic files.  We have partnered with an online document management provider that allows you to quickly and easily
organize, share, retrieve and archive your documents from any location at any time.

Bayaud Enterprises will be the labor force that converts paper medical records into electronic documents.  We have developed training for individual skill sets such as: document preparation, data entry and document production scanning.  This will make ready a trained workforce available for in-house
projects and employment in our community. 

Partnerships have already been developed with other nonprofits and industry leaders in Enterprise Content Management to ensure the best possible service.  We are positioning this service to take full advantage of the recent passing of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act that will provide $19.2 billion of incentives to encourage the adoption of Electronic Health Record systems.

Security & Document Control
-Picked up by our uniformed staff, your documents are transported in a locked truck owned and operated by Bayaud Enterprises.  Each truck is equipped with security doors and a GPS tracking system. 
-At our facility, the offload of documents is handled by certified employees at our secure receiving dock. 
-Each box has been pre-labeled and identified with customer number and unique box number, and is transported to our secure scanning area by trained personnel.
-Every document and file is then scanned and indexed based on your needs.
-At our secured facility, each link in the chain of custody is monitored by our trained staff.

Customized Services
At Bayaud Enterprise, we know that every client and project is unique.  As we approach your job, we individually craft our document scanning services to match your specific imaging needs, never force-fitting your job to a standardized framework.  Our document scanning services include paper scanning, microfiche and microfilm conversion, and large-format scanning. This may include clerical documents, medical records, microfilm and microfiche, x-rays, and architecectural or engineering drawings. We have mobile equipment that can be brought on-site to your business as needed.

Paper Scanning to OCR and Searchable PDFs:
Paper comes in thousands of varieties and we have experience in all types.  We can scan documents from credit card receipts to full-size architectural drawings.  We have experience with a variety of styles and sizes, including tissue paper, color and double-sided documents.

Micrographics Migration to Digital Formats:
When you are converting microfilm to a new digital format, you need expert care and handling.Our personnel evaluate all microfilm for flaws and
ecommend procedures to optimize the film quality.

Engineering Drawing Capture:
Our conversion center can provide large format scanning to include blueprints, electronic logs and documents ranging from A to J sizes. Most
clients request TIFF or PDF images, but our output formats also include: DWG, JPEG and BMP.

Cavity Free At Three Dental Kits

Cavity Free at Three is an effort to improve the oral health of children across Colorado.  Bayaud Enterprises has become a partner with Caring for Colorado Foundation, Colorado Health Foundation, Rose Community Foundation, Delta Denver and the Colorado Trust to help provide infant oral care kits to medical practices. Bayaud Enterprises is able to generate revenue for our organization while providing new work experience for our program participants.

Our goals with the Cavity Free at Three program are that all children will have access to oral health services early in life, and all children will remain cavity free at age three.

Bayaud Enterprises takes a customer-focused approach to protecting your documents. Picked up by a member of our uniformed staff, your confidential documents are transported to Bayaud Enterprises in locked trucks tracked by a GPS system. At our high-security facility, your documents are weighed and shredded. All phases of the shredding process are under the direct supervision of our fully trained staff.

The entire shredding process is monitored and recorded on state-of-the-art video security systems. We maintain the highest security for the handling of your confidential material. All designated items are destroyed in compliance with the provisions of the 1974 Federal Privacy Act. We are AAA NAID-certified (National Association for Information Destruction), assuring conformance with all mandated destruction requirements.

Drop off service you won’t find anywhere else

We offer one of the only drop off services in the Denver area. If you or your business would prefer to drop off documents to be shredded, you can bring them directly to our facility.

Outsource Payroll Services

Bayaud Enterprises is proud to offer payroll services for local businesses.  This is a full-service program, including check preparation, direct deposit, deductions, and payroll tax filing.  Our services are available for organizations of up to 50 employees, and can be handled year-round.  This program also gives us the opportunity to provide new skills training for our consumers, further preparing them for jobs in the workforce.

9News Broadcast Duplication

Order a copy of a 9News / my20 newscast.

Bayaud Enterprises records and archives master copies of all Denver Channel 9News, my20 and Colorado & Company local news broadcasts. You can buy a copy of one or more local newscasts or Channel 9NEWS-produced specials. Copies are available in DVD and VHS formats.

Our video production team can also convert your old VHS to DVD and digitally archive old photos. Contact us for more information!

How to order

To order a 9News segment, please e-mail or call Bayaud Enterprises at 303.830.6885, ext. 218.

When you call, please provide as much information as possible. If you can’t recall the exact date or program, we can help you find it. Unless otherwise requested, we will provide the duplicated copy in DVD format. Please provide the following information on the broadcast:

  • Date - For example, Monday, August 4 or week of July 20.
  • Program - 6 a.m. news, my20 at 8 a.m, 9Sports at 9 p.m.
  • Segment subject - Examples - Greeley Stampede, born on July 4, auto accident, new heart device, story on new factory opening, etc.

Please note: The segments provided cannot be used for commercial purposes, as stated specifically on the 9News KUSA Web site (9news.com).

Pricing

For one segment on DVD, the cost is $39.95. Any additional segment in the same broadcast is $5.00.
Special segments and Colorado and Company segments are also offered.
Additional copies of the same broadcasts are $10.00 each.
There is a $3.00 shipping and handling charge on all orders.

Bayaud Enterprises can provide single or multiple segments (such as a series), duplicate copies, rush orders, and other services. We can provide the entire newscast or a single edited segment.

Sometimes, research is required to find the requested segment. There is a small charge for such research. If you wish to personally search for a segment, this service is also available for a reasonable price.

History of our 9News Partnership

In 1994, Bayaud Enterprises entered into an exclusive agreement with KUSA 9News to record all of KUSA’s local news broadcasts and specials. Currently all broadcasts are recorded on DVD with a VHS option available upon request.

This arrangement makes it possible for anyone to purchase a recorded copy of any local KUSA 9News (Denver’s Channel 9) newscast, or segments of interest, while also providing people with disabilities rewarding work opportunities in video dubbing and customer service. 9News KUSA generously does not take any percentage of the proceeds.

Can I obtain local news segments directly from 9News, my20 and Colorado & Company?

No. Bayaud Enterprises is the only authorized vendor recognized by the station for local newscast duplication. This is a special, very generous arrangement by 9News in support of Bayaud Enterprises’ nonprofit mission to help individuals with disabilities or mental illness find employment. 9News directs all such duplication inquiries to Bayaud Enterprises at 303-830-6885 x 218.
